These definitions apply to every document published in the Realpush legal hub that refers to them. A document may add role-specific definitions; it does not change the ones below.
- Realpush, we, us: Adwirk GmbH, Haunstetter Straße 112, 86161 Augsburg, Germany, the company that provides the Services under the Realpush brand and is your contracting party. "Realpush" is a brand name, not a separate legal person.
- Services: the advertising platform, cabinet, APIs, ad tags, reporting and related support that we provide under the Realpush brand.
- Customer, you: the business that opens an Account or signs an Order Form, in the role it accepted. A person acting for a Customer must be authorised to bind it.
- Advertiser: a Customer that buys advertising through the Services.
- Publisher: a Customer that makes advertising inventory available through the Services, including website and app owners, supply-side platforms, networks and resellers ("Supply Partner").
- Account: the Customer's account in the cabinet, including its users and API credentials.
- Customer Agent: anyone who acts for a Customer in relation to the Services, including agencies, affiliate networks, media buyers, tracking or routing providers, and automated tools or AI agents the Customer authorises.
- Order Form: an insertion order, master agreement or other individually agreed document between us and a Customer.
- Ad: any creative, text, image, video, notification, script or link an Advertiser supplies or causes to be served.
- Campaign: a set of Ads with targeting, budget, bid and schedule settings in an Account.
- Destination: everything a user reaches by interacting with an Ad: the initial URL, tracking links, redirects and waypoints, pre-landers, the landing page, any app or file offered for download, and the checkout, subscription or sign-up flow and product actually offered there. It does not include unrelated pages the user visits independently afterwards.
- Campaign Declaration: the information an Advertiser gives about a Campaign: the actual advertiser and product, category, targeted countries, initial and final domains, whether the route rotates offers, and any licences or approvals for restricted categories.
- Billable Event: the event a Campaign is priced on (for example a thousand impressions for CPM) as recorded by our systems.
- Invalid Traffic (IVT): impressions, clicks, conversions or other events that do not come from a real user's genuine interest, or that were generated, inflated, hidden or misattributed, including by bots, spoofed inventory, stacked or hidden placements, and fabricated conversions.
- Statistics: the figures our systems record for Billable Events, spend and earnings. The cabinet shows preliminary Statistics; Statistics become final as described in the Payments, Refunds & Adjustments document.
- Account Balance: money an Advertiser has paid to us and not yet spent.
- Promotional Credit: non-cash credit we grant voluntarily (bonus, test budget, goodwill). It has no cash value and is never refunded or paid out.
- Chargeback: a reversal of a payment initiated through a card scheme, bank or payment provider.
- Reserve: an amount we temporarily hold back from a payout or refund while a specific issue is investigated. A Reserve is not a deduction; it is released or settled when the investigation ends.
- Personal Data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined in the GDPR.
- Legal Hub: the pages under https://realpush.net/legal where the current and past versions of these documents are published.
- Business Day: a day other than Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday at our registered office.
